It has a campaign mode where you play through a story line like most games. It's OK but kind of bland. It also has "Spec Ops" where you play against AI opposition but I haven't played that much. IMO, the most fun is the online game play. And you need connectivity for that, of course.

Well the cheating has begun.. Was just in a match.. guy went 70-0.. It was non stop, predator missiles, javelins and attack copters from one person.. At one point there was 6 back to back missiles.. ****..

It was probably Bump.

He was known for doing that kind of stuff in MW2 because he felt like if he didn't do it, then it wasn't fair to him. Back then he had a different name though.

Although KnowMo is a bit extreme and apparently a rager, I agree to a certain point. There are "cheap" ways to play that I feel take the fun out of the game. I hate campers with a passion and think it's super gay, but I recognize that it could be labelled as "tactical" and a definitely a smarter way to play. I prefer running around and having fun so I don't really respect a guy that sits in the same room or doesn't leave a 15 foot area for more than 5 minutes. Kind of like KnowMo, I put a lot into gunplay... (A bit off topic) I also hate anyone that uses assault rifles in Gears and the same three plays over and over again in Madden.

Picked this up at Redbox today. First 5 out of 6 matches I tried to join I got "server connection timed out" or whatever. The one game I got into had about a minute left and was on a losing team that was severely outnumbered. Seems like you should have a bunch of gamer friends to play this. I only have one buddy that plays it, but he likes to play weird game modes, whereas I really only like TDM or Kill Confirm.

It also seems I'm gonna get my ass raped until I A) learn the maps and B) unlock some stuff after leveling.

I don't know why I'm sharing this super awesome info. But PP90, silencer, range, sleight of hand, hardline, steady aim and specialist is the most awesome, overpowered thing ever. I love it! You can hit them a mile away without aiming and after 1 or 2 kills you have a 4th perk and soon you will have 6 and be god-like. BEASTING

That is my setup except I swap out Steady Aim Pro for Stalker Pro and use the Assault package instead of Specialist. If you strafe a lot in gunfights Stalker is the ****ing shit, dudes with Assault Rifles can't keep their sights on you in a 1 on 1 gunfight, you also can push around corners with your sights up more and just strafe into a shot instead of having to hipfire or be behind in a gunfight.... Stalker Pro also delays enemy explosives so I don't have to worry about claymores, betties, or IMS.
