Well, I've figured all along it was gonna be a slow start. We should be better than this, but this early part of the schedule is rough... having to face the White Sox and Yankees and Indians and Oakland all in the first month. We play 19 road games against those 4 teams by May 31. Then we only play 10 home games the entire month of May. The schedule sets up for a better 2nd half. After the All-Star break we have a stretch where we play 17 of 20 at home, alternate a couple weeks, then play 15 of 21 at home. That's practically a huge chunk of the entire home schedule right there. Of course the idea would be not to be 30-70 by that stretch too. I just want to see us get healthy at this point. We can't even do that right at the moment.

I don't know if I can stomach a historically bad baseball team. I was worried at the end of last year that it would happen. They have to break out of this eventually. At least that's what I keep telling myself.
