They need to learn how to be better leaders then. As far as I'm concerned I have never seen any players really step up and "be that guy or guys" to hold everyone accountable for their individual play from Herm going forward.

**** them and I have been saying it for a while. Those ****s were paid to be leaders. We have no leadership and that's the biggest problem. Why in the hell did Pioli ever sign DJ after trying to trade him in 2009? Why give Bowe the tag after trying to trade him? Why would he second guess himself? Why would he be suprised that we suck?
