It just sucks because this season is already ruined for me. A splash needed to be made after last year. This is not a bold, exciting move. It's more of the same old shit this franchise has pulled for my entire life. That's why they're losers.

And Andy Reid is going to take a QB somewhere in this draft, unless he's a dumbass. Alex Smith has only played a full season 2 of his 8 years in the league.

If these guys are going to make these lazy moves then screw 'em. I am done with them. I have relatives that live in Saint Louis. At least that team is willing to try to improve themselves. These bastards should be ashamed of themselves...35 years without drafting a QB. Its just wrong.

I agree with you. In his mind, I guess he thinks Alex Smith is a franchise QB. What I was trying to say is if he thought Geno Smith had a chance to be a franchise QB, he would take him at #1. Period. Even if Reid has a man crush on Alex Smith, you put that aside if you have a chance to draft a rookie QB who can lead your franchise for the next 10 years. So, for Reid to choose Alex Smith, he must really think little of Geno.

I've been there, believe me. Trying to find logic in drafting a 26 year old rookie, and having people try to spin it in the media as a great pick when you know it isn't. That is only one example.

Every year since we moved out to AZ we fly back home to KC for one game a year. That might be changing this year.

Actually rumblings are that the Chiefs get Foles plus #4 overall and Eagles get #1 overall.

Supposedly the Jaguars were interested because our QB coach coached Scott. And we figured it would be with a 4th round pick. But who knows.
