BBQ place in North KC
We'll be making the trek down I-35 from Iowa on Sunday. Is there a good BBQ place on our way to the stadium? We usually stop at the Gates on 40 Hwy but that's still not open. I'd prefer not to drive more than a few miles out of the way since the roads might be shitty.

Smokin' Guns is hands down the best joint in NKC. I'd check to see what their Sunday Hours are. Their burnt ends are among the best in the city. Definitely try them.

Smokehouse on North Oak is good. It's much better than their Zona Rosa location.

Also apparently open on Sundays at 11 so that might be an option if you don't mind veering a couple of miles off 35.
