and the nice day Gore had (and LeMichael James) has a lot to do with the Colin Kaepernick effect opening up gaping holes on that read option play.

So of course he's not going to throw the ball 40 times when much of their offense is that read option play that he runs and reads almost flawlessly.

I just don't understand how anyone could have watched that game and came away at the end saying "meh, he played ok."

And yes, next year I would put Colin Kaepernick in my top 5 QB list. No doubt. He's impossible to defend if he plays like he did today. Impossible.
