What's for dinner? Here's mine...
A black bean and chorizo soup with focaccia to dip. Lots of great ingredients in the soup and a fresh-baked focaccia to slice and dip. The chorizo is soy and really spicy.

Also, I don't think 30 minutes at 350 is going to come close to cooking a bone-in breast. It takes bone in thighs about 40 minutes at 400 degrees.

Then you drop to 250 and it slowly cooks the rest of the way. I did start checking temps on the chicken after an hour at 250.

I got those home grown tomatoes so it's time for a BLT.

Need to get some bacon and some ground beef for a burger with a nice big slab o 'mato on there, too.

Home grown tomatoes. Yummmmmmmmmmm!

I grew some in my Earth Box but the leaves caught a fungus. I still got some tomatoes though. Those things are the best.

Don't let the tv chefs fool you, brining fried chicken in buttermilk overnight does nothing special for it... it didn't hurt it, but didn't impart any special flavor either.
