Yep - activity raises heart rate and releases endorphins, both of which increase the likelihood of improving chemistry and "falling in love". In college I took a sociology course and the professor said when he was younger he would take females on tennis dates and he would purposefully hit them with the ball to further increase heart rate & release endorphins.

my best 2 relationships with a woman have came out of nowhere when I wasn't even trying or looking for that matter. and one of them is my wife.
I've never been the type, at the time, to go out and try to hook up or even talk to chicks in a bar setting etc unless approached first. So, thankfully I lucked out. It's gotta be a pain in the ass to try to meet girls in the traditional way these days.

-Buddy and I join Navy
-Buddy takes final 2 summers to work at his moms insurance office in the summer
-Wife's mother works with Buddy's mother in same office
-Used to visit my buddy and his mom at their work (his mom is like a 2nd mom to me)
-Meet future Mother in law on several occasions and she thought I awesome/loved when I would visit
-Wife get's job in same office the final summer before we go off to the Navy

-Buddy got engaged in Florida while stationed there and fiance moved back here
-Buddy wanted to introduce wife over drinks to a few folks from when he worked there in the summer
-Future mother-in-law calls wife to see if she wanted to see Buddy and meet fiance
-Wife is reluctant because she's busy, but goes anyway.
-I literally flip a coin at work to see if i want to go.
-Met every for drinks, had good conversation with future wife.
-Next night after work met up for drinks with buddy and fiance and future wife.
-Next night had a little cookout at buddies house with some other friends of ours (buddy and I), and future wife attends.
-Future wife and I end up watching Looney Tunes (lol, no shit) that night while everyone was mingling, and we're both quoting upcoming lines from the cartoons.
-Dayze likes girl. Girl likes Dayze.
-Married 2 years later; and will have our 10 year this Oct.
