Okay, here is a place for the Golfers to talk about tournaments, clubs, swing help or thoughts.

Today is the Players Championship, which I think ought to be the 5th Major. Largest pot in the PGA. The daunting 17th, which seems to bring excitement every year. At least we will get to see Sergio blow up yet again.

I am ready to see some water balls!

Goal is to try and get into single digits this year. Got down to around 9 a couple years ago, but lack of playing got me up to around a 12 since then.

There are a few places that do different custom jobs. That's a teflon coating, much better option than powder coating.

I have the same putter, but stainless. Just finished a DIY paintfill on it - all black, including the sightline. If I get a chance I'll post some pics.

I've played once since June. Got in about 10 rounds from March 11 to June 11 and then found out I had two bulging disks in my back. Completely shut it down.

Slowly getting myself back up to speed. Going to Birmingham in March to play Farmlinks and a couple of RTJ courses. Hoping to have a good year.

Heading to Phoenix in two weeks to play the Scottsdale TPC course. I'm way too frugal for such an outing if I had to pay for it myself but one of the vendors we deal with at work is taking me and another guy. Should be fun, we're playing the same 18 that the PGA played last week. I have a feeling I might lose a lot of golf balls in that round.
