This thread is more or less a three-way tie for me. I like all of these scenes, and for different reasons. My votes:

#1 - Apocalypse Now. Initially I thought this would be my #3 scene, but I forgot about that last line. People always talk about the napalm line, but that last line is the really powerful one for me.

#2 - No Country For Old Men. I initially thought this would be my #1 thread, but in a tough heat, two things drop it down for me. First, the noise of the car wreck was a little too loud and jarring. I didn't like that. And second, it seems like a hit man would want to be unobtrusive, and paying a kid off and walking away from a wreck isn't the way to do that. I don't think that's good thinking on Chigurh's part, and it bothers me.

#3 - Hangover. I like this scene, like it a lot. It gets marked down because it's a low difficulty level to make a rather ridiculous scenario like this. I still like it, though.
