There actually is a Brandon Carter who is on the roster as an OG for the Bucs, but I didn't think that's what he meant.

I hope we sign Carr and Bowe to long term deals. One of them b4 free agency starts so we can use the franchise tag on the other. Would hate to see either of them leave.
