Washington Redskins left tackle Chris Samuels is denying the report he will retire.

"I will continue to seek medical advice," he said in a statement. "I hope to see where I am physically over the next couple months. At this time, I have not made a decision, but I love playing for the Redskins and hope to be back."

League sources told The Washington Post that the six-time Pro Bowler shared his decision with some members of the team after consulting a specialist in California.

Samuels suffers from stenosis, a narrowing of the spine that caused him to wear a neck brace for extra protection when he played, and was already dealing with significant knee pain all season, according to the paper.

Probably none. Will be one of those ****ers who some how escapes. Like a 90 year old man who has smoked unfiltered cigs since age 12, but dies from choking on an apple.
