Who is our biggest homer?

Guys, who is this site's biggest homer? I'm reading through some of the draft threads and wow and LOL. I see a lot of "if *insert absolutely improbably circumstance here* then I don't see why the Chiefs don't win the Super Bowl." Who does it the worst?

If you want to believe Hill suddenly ranks among the Browns, Hopkins', Julios, Fitzgeralds', Allens, etc. of the league you go ahead and do so but don't act like it's not 100% homer.
Antonio Brown wasn't one of the best receivers in the game year 2. He had to grow into that. And with the trajectory that Hill is on, he is growing quickly into that. Hill is also pretty good at route running and has great hands already. Anyone other than a hater Donk fan such as you can see that.

Of course he is. If he was a Donk, those homers would already be carving out his wing in Canton.

Clay.

It's obvious that he's the biggest homer here because he's gone to great lengths to hide it from the world. To convince the masses that he's a brooding anti-fan. I bet he sleeps in Chiefs pajamas and prays to Derrick Thomas every night. It's like the guys that pretend they get laid all the time so that they don't have to tell their parents they're actually gay. NTTAWWT

As I said, Hill isn't there yet but he may grow into it. Guy became a starting WR a season ago.
"Pretty good at route running" describes 100% of the WRs in the league. That doesn't get you into the elite WR category.

I'm not here to upset you. Hill may some day be an elite WR but he isn't in that category yet and no guarantee he ever will be.
Do you think there is a single GM in the league who would choose hill over Brown given the option to choose a WR1?

Well hold on to your socks because his time with the Chiefs so far has been with Alex "check down, duck and run" Smith at QB.

To achieve what he has under those circumstances is nothing short of miraculous.

Mahomes will actually hit him in stride once in a while!

Also, most of you ****ers have gone full homer now that Mahomes is starting. Just look at my Mahomes expectations thread for proof.

You said "top notch" is that the same as Elite? And when comparing Hill to Brown- we can only go by the stats and years we have- and Hill put up better numbers in his first 2 than Brown in his first 3.

I guess we will see what happens this year as Hill will have a QB that can throw it 83 yards in the air- so I would assume his stats will be amazing. If so- Hill's first 3 years of production will eclipse Browns' by a huge margin.

Btw- Hill has rare company in Big plays for his first two years.

"Hill's touchdown was the 11th of his career that covered at least 50 yards. He joined Gale Sayers and Devin Hester as the only players in NFL history with that many in their first two seasons in the league. Of Hill's 20 career touchdowns, 16 have been from at least 30 yards out, including all seven this season."

Pretty "top notch" company huh?

I’m looking forward to seeing your young gun slinger in action this year. Wish the season started a month after the draft.
