I think it'll take more than one call, I'm not sure many people will be jumping at the job if they have other options in the same pay band.

Not a name that will come to fruition, but I'm shocked Mike Singletary hasn't gotten a second look yet. He is a disciplinarian that some players responded to in his SF days. I liked his leadership and energy.
