NFL Network's Adam Schefter reports Anquan Boldin has requested a trade.
Just another Drew Rosenhaus client looking for a trade to get a new contract. The Cardinals have reportedly informed Boldin that they will not deal him, but a team like Dallas, Washington, or Philadelphia might blow them away with a draft-day offer. Bouldin would be a great pickup, issue is price.

ESPN reported that the Cards turned down a trade offer from the Redskins. I'd assume it was close to the offer the Skins made for Chad Johnson. If the Cards turned this down, their asking price is too rich for the Chiefs right now and not worth it.

I think it's a couple of years early to start signing FAs or trading for anyone.

(Unless it's an offer they can't refuse.)

Build the core first, then take a look, IMO.
