If Kansas tries, they'll win. KSU has nothing to hurt them with.

I'm rarely this confident about what on paper should be a tough conference road game, but I think they'll try. Outside of UT, the energy has been there every other time on the road.

If they go on to lose the 3 he's out, which is pretty likely, it's a tough stretch without their best, most important player, they'll be 4-9.

If things go as they should, IMO, when KU goes to Stillwater, that game may not matter.

It will likely matter. It's very possible that a B12 team (especially if it's OSU) could make it in at .500 or worse considering the strength of the conference. And Smart will no doubt play hard whatever their situation is.

I was really hoping that Baylor would squeeze in to give the Big XII 7 teams, but OSU and Baylor both may be playing themselves right out of the field. Losing Smart (if only for a few) and Clark both in the last couple of weeks might be too much to overcome down the stretch. My whole family are all OSU fans living down in Stillwater, and I can't get any of them to talk about the team since the KU game. They've seen this dumpster fire coming for awhile.
