Starting Distance - 225 feet

MIAdragon

Backup Weapon - Police baton

Prep Time - 33 seconds
Special Factors - None

alanm

Main Weapon - Taser (the touch kind, not the shooting kind) and steak knife

The time rule thing is intriguing me. It's in most people's best interest to play defense, so how do you force each person to fight? Maybe the rule is that, if there's no victory within X minutes, the person who made the largest net movement toward the other one wins? Or before that, even, the one who spent the most time actively attacking.
How do we judge those though?

I think we must assume that both fighters are aggressively trying to win the match.

The weather plays a big factor in this. Wind is #1. It will be windy and the tower will be swaying. If there is any moisture, those wooden soled shoes will have no grip. MIA just have to make an advance towards alanm and watch him fall. I think MIA wins as the buzzer goes off.

MIAdragon pulls down his pants and takes a runny shit on alanm essentially blinding him and giving him a severe case of pink eye. MIAdragon then does the old slide down the ladder trick and knocks alanm off the ladder with his body.

alanm should drop the bottle right below himself immediately, a glass bottle falling 225 feet would be rough to take while on a ladder. Also, I notice that there is nothing to keep him from removing the shoes.

That would be difficult since alanm is above MIAdragon.

Well, shit! In that case, just switch their names in my post and same result. No weapons but Chipotle and a six pack of Bud Light needed.

This is a tough one. It all depends on the type of tower. If they're just hanging out on the outside of a tower, that's a tough ask.

Dad and I built a 110' tower. It was 1' triangle. It is a job to climb it. Serious work, especially if you have a desire to stay alive. Real freaking work.

The first thing Alan should do is start chucking shit. Glass bottle, shoes, wedding ring, whatever. If he manages to connect with MIA on anything he's dead as ****. At 100' he'd be dead as ****. If MIA gets less than like 50 feet difference, he needs to try to get himself on the opposite side of MIA and taze him. I don't think he could hold on through a taze.

Honestly though, if Alan can't get him knocked off, he's probably done. He can take a couple more blows from the baton (nunchucks are probably worthless) if he wraps his arm through the trusses, but if he can't connect with the tazer, he's in real trouble.

MIA, but this one is a bitch. Operating at that height introduces a million variables.

alanm is great, but can't vote against greatest thread starter ever and nunchaku. MIAdragon for the win.

Apparently the low ground wins, though alanm looks dapper in his Italian loafers as he hurtles to the ground. MIAdragon moves to Round 3.
