I was pretty sure this Trump stunt was done for publicity. Looks like it was also done so VM can go back to being a heel character. But to have him confront Raw's top heel immediately after doesn't make a whole heck of a lot of sense.

WTF happened to the buckets of chicken during the title match? So many wasted possibilities.

A) As Triple H tries to get up from the chairshot, they cut to Orton sitting on the edge of the broadcast table, calmly muching on a wing.

B) H dumps out the chicken and wallops Orton, who staggers around with a KFC bucket on his head.

C) Orton rubs a piece in Hunter's face and Lawler's like "OH MAN, all that GREASE getting right in his eyes!" Michael Cole starts to stammer, getting fed lines by Vince as they try to save the sponsorship, talking about how it's grilled chicken and healthy and not at all greasy, and any eye discomfort must be from a combination of sweat and the Colonel's 11 secret herbs and spices.
