Which has always been the case, and he's been very productive in spite of this.

His best WR was a guy off the street and Gates is old/broken, so I'd say the root causes were independent of Rivers.

Which begs the question...are we still sold out to the 34? Might the new coach tell Tamba to add some weight and move back to RDE?

Considering that this defense (as it is currently designed and populated) can't stop a sneeze, Mr. KCinNY, I'm not sure why we would care.

Hali was extraordinarily average this year and the officials have basically negated his pass rush when he isn't. DJ played well overall, but not up to his potential. Berry was up and down like Kathy Griffen on Anderson Cooper and Houston showed flashes then totally disappeared. As for our d-line, they are a joke and our d-backs are even funnier.

So I say, what defense?
