I've lost 4 lbs since the start of the year.
Of course, I'm still up about four lbs from what I weighed before Christmas |

I'm the heaviest I've ever been since high school. Started this week on intermittent fasting and keto to get back down to where I want to be.

Still down 50 lbs from the last time we did one of these. Turns out that unloading trucks at 4 am for slightly above minimum wage is a great weight loss plan. Terrible financially but at least I'm under 190.

My goal is the same every year.
Keep hitting the iron hard so I don't end up looking like Billay. |

I haven't lost much weight, but taking up a martial art has been great for my fitness in addition to lifting weights. I don't really need to lose much weight, but my shit diet is the reason for that.

I need to get over the 230 hump. Not bad considering a few years ago I was 273 pounds.

I had it trimmed up for awhile but I've gain 20 lbs in the last year. 10 since the beginning off the NFL season. We have a small watch party every Sunday and the wife takes good care of us. And if she's busy I can put together some good eats too. Between eating and drinking I've ballooned. After the Chiefs win the Super Bowl I'm going to restrain my intake. Till then I'm trying to strength train. I'm thinking that taking the creatine products probably have added to my weight gain too. Makes me feel strong though.

I was at 232 at the beginning of last summer and got down to 211 right before Christmas. I bumped up a few pounds over the holiday but am back on the wagon now. It is super sloooooow because I am fighting some autoimmune issues that affect my hormones (thyroid and testosterone). It makes losing tough but I am getting there.
I am doing ADF (Alternate Day Fasting). It's pretty easy to stick with and I can eat what I want on "Up Days", though I try to keep it healthy. |

May 25th, I was at 240.
Today, I'm at 217. Lost 23 pounds. Hoping to hit the 200-205 range before Thanksgiving.
