There are a few modern country artists that write and record songs that still rely on lyrics that mean something and can separate themselves from the vapid padlum that rules the "country" charts these days. David Nail is one of them. The fact that this song hit #1 on the country charts last year is a good sign.

David is from Missouri btw.

Since you're on a country-kick, beer me, I figured I would post this compilation video. The songs are performed by Michelle Ross. Michelle is the daughter of my mom's best friend. There are very few country songs that I like, but the majority of her songs are really good! The chick has a voice!
