Off Season Lets Talk Guns

Been a while since we had a guns n' ammo discussion.

Some of you are AR shooters Im sure. Im looking at a Colt 6920. Will be my first AR. Picked up a Glock this fall and really enjoy shooting it. Any feedback on that weapon?

Anyone else been in a buy/sell/trade mood with hardware?

The spring is there to hold the pin until trigger pull, then return it rearward. With no spring, it has nothing to hold the pin back, thus creating a bad random situation.

Yeah, well, I took my Sig out of the box it was shipped in. Had to use a knife and everything.

Here's a review of it - http://www.weaponevolution.com/forum...-Red-Dot-Sight

I like the look of the EOTechs better, but this is half the price.

Haven't heard of Lucid before so I can't really give an opinion. I can however recommend Aimpoint. I have a CompM2 that survived my nephews 1st tour in Iraq and is a great piece. It works great on a AR but on my AK it sits too high.

The reviews are extremely positive. And for what you'd pay for just an Eotech red dot, you can get this AND a 3x scope.

I think I might pull the trigger on this very soon.

EDIT: Trigger pulled. $424 for both of them.

what kind of sig?

To the others, I like the aim point red dot to most for any type of CQB weapon. And if sighted properly you would be surprised at the accuracy even up to the 300 meter range. The trijicon ACOG is a very nice piece of equipment too, mid to longer ranged magnified sight.
