So what are you assholes gonna have for breakfast tomorrow? I'm thinking a bowl of Cheerios, 2 cups of coffee and a diet soda

The ussual, 1 poptart ( the 4 y/o takes the other one), couple cups of coffee followed by a Mt Dew when I get to work.

Being as I'm recently unemployed and all, I decided last night to fire up the smoker and cook a pork butt, an 8 pounder for about 12 hours overnight. Dinner was pulled pork sandwiches with slaw. I gotta say it was the best I've made. The smoke ring was deep into the meat and the bark was flavorful with a great texture. I'll store the rest in freezer bags, a pound each, for future meals.
