Man, I don't care if Greinke goes deep into games, he doesn't try to gas it up there, and he's not coming off Tommy John surgery. That's the biggest reason I didn't want Hernandez to stay in the other day. Greinke is the one guy in the rotation that really needs to work on extending himself deep into games.

Pena costs us more games a year with his crap moves then he wins us games by making the right moves. The guy had a good year when nothing went wrong and we extend him. Eff Pena. I can't stand him now and did not like him when we were winning. That being said those effing bully pitchers should get their head out of their ass or get on the bus to Omaha.

Well nice to pull Greinke and let Cerda have a cup of coffee in this game. When are our pitchers going to be old and experienced enough to throw more than 6 innings?

Get used to the 2-1 games. I think the pitching is going to be pretty good but this lineup sucks donkey balls.

It's not really Pena's fault I guess. You're supposed to be able to expect more than 2 hits from your lineup over 6 innings. Doesn't matter who's pitching when your offense is throwing up gooseeggs like it's going out of style.

We're going to give some people CGSO's this year that have no business getting one in their careers.

I question some of his lineup moves and so forth sometimes, but usually I think he takes a bit too much criticism over how he handles the pitching staff, I think handling the bullpen is a crapshoot sometimes and I do like how he's generally done his best to protect our young arms. There are managers out there who'd probably handle this pitching staff far worse than Pena, gas our young starters out and still not use the bullpen right. If Pena gets fired that's my greatest fear, that we bring in a Dusty Baker-type manager.
