So How long until half empty Arrowhead, and Blacked out games?

How long it is gonna take, do you think?

I certainly think that season ticket holders will drop like flies this offseason. I wouldnt think half empty stadium, next year, but in the next couple, it is certainly possible.

Lamar Hunt is gonna kick the bucket soon, and his franchise is gonna be in total disarray. If we dont get a Scott Pioli or some other GM with football sense in here, we are gonna be in Chiefs Hell. Just like Raider fans, we will get to see 8 away games a year.... no home games.

I feel this is the beginning of the end... and a few FA acquisitions could have changed all of that.

Hey if Lamar Hunts kicks the bucket they can just prop him up in his chair during the chiefs game like "Weekend at Bernies." Move his jaw up and down like hes talking.

Seriously i still see Arrowhead sold out next year. People won't drop their season tickets. Plus many are waiting in the wings to buy the season tickets for those who chose not to go renew the tickets.

I'll tell you what. If we don't get our defense it a lot better shape next year with the offense we have then we are losing a playoff caliber team.
Once our o-linemen retire and Priest is gone, then we missed our playoff hopes because of this pittaful excuse of a defense we have.

I honestly have no idea what "the masses" think about this and how that'll affect ticket sales... I guess we'll wait and see. But eh, I'm not particularly sold on the idea a bunch of FA's would've saved the day. Maybe they would've, I don't know... this team is just snakebitten. For all we know maybe we would've just ended up like the Raiders or Redskins anyway, that's the kind of luck we have. It's disappointing. I don't see Holliday, Barber, or McCleon doing squat now from the last big FA class, Carl's never really done well with the big name FA's.... plus really if we'd brought in a bunch of FA's that failed, Carl wouldn't be criticized. You don't really see people bashing the Raiders for their moves, they brought in the #1 D-tackles from the last two Super Bowl winners, and it hasn't gotten them anywhere.... and as much as I wanted one of those cornerbacks out there, they wouldn't have helped that much considering they're not getting much safety help at all. At this point maybe we need to just scrap the whole thing, but I'm not sure that's going to be financially possible, I just don't think we have enough cap room to be cutting more than a couple guys, if that.

yeah, we need to clean house in the secondary... Wesley and Woods are unbelieveably bad. I dont understand it... however, I do see a lot of people giving up their season tix this offseason.

Unfortunately, with this suck ass excuse for a football team, multiplied by the fact that BiState 2 failed... this season could really hasten the chances of KC losing its football team, especially with the fan apathy that is certainly forthcoming.

I still think we win a good number of games this season. No playoffs of course but I don't think we are going to look like shit week in and week out.

We will ride out this shitty season but I don't think much carries over into the offseason. There is always optimisim in the offseason and I see Arrowhead loud and sold out next season.

hopefully the patriots will win the superbowl this year, and Pioli will want a challege of doing it again with another franchise and come to KC and we will win 10 of the next 12 Superbowls.
