Likely not, considering we signed Harris, Boone, Edwards and McIntosh.

We only lost Mitchell and Black, if memory serves.

You have to lose more than you sign. That's why SD always has extra picks, they stay out of FA for the most part.

San Diego is a good example; Baltimore and Indy are a couple others.

It'll be interesting to see how comp. picks develop over the next few years with so many teams able to sign away free agents from other teams to such lucrative deals. You'd think that the number of teams getting third-rounders for other teams overpaying for their former players will increase considerably.
