-- I just got back from the grocery store and this what I bought.

Okay, so there are a ton of posters on here that are eating healthy, trying to eat healthy, or 'thinking' about it.

So, I figured I would start a thread. I am all about holding myself accountable. The more people that I tell about eating healthy, the more people I would let down by not. {TY sensibleshiefsfan}

So how long do you expect this to last you? Portion control is the main issue for most folks. That and exercise. I am vegan so I can't speak to a lot of these choices but if it is consumed in moderation you are at a minimum showing true educated interest in your diet. Good for you!
