The MIA Heat Show Thread

LA will be dethroned. The LAC Lake Show will be dead. So it's time to create a thread to follow the new dynasty.

Going on tour starting this October.

I agree 100% it will be reminiscent of the old Lakers team (Magic, Kareem etc) met up with MJs Bulls.

I hope it ends that way because I think the Lakers have one more run in them before some changes need made and it would be fun to see it played out against what should be one hell of an exciting team.

It would surely set records for viewing audience of an NBA series in history.

Some suggest Shaq. I'm not a big fan of that due to the way he acted the last time he was here & when he left. He's an ass and has an ego bigger than Wade/Bron/Bosh combined. But, whatever..

We'll see who Riles gets.
I'd be surprised if Anthony isn't back. The problem with Shaq is he left on bad bad terms as you've mentioned before. Just can't see him coming back. Haven't heard one thing from Lebron or Wade wanting Shaq in town. My guess both have been exposed to Shaq and neither wants him in Miami.

All the heat need is role players in the middle to occupy space, bang, foul, board, block shots and get the **** out of the way.

I dont really see a problem there, to be honest, from a Lakers point of view. We would OWN the boards and would create multiple matchup problems with them, thus not allowing them to run.

After that, the rest of the Lakers have carte blanche

Bynum
Odom
Sasha
thats not counting whoever else we add to the puzzle as Im sure Mitch is looking for the countershot
I'm not saying the Heat can beat the Lakers next year. I will say that LeBron would shred an aging Artest, Bosh would beat Gasol up and Kobe is getting a little older too and would wear down against Bosh.

are you ****ing crazy? how would Gasol get beat up? Bosh isnt a post player. Gasol has ****ing moves Bosh wishes he had. The only thing we would have to worry about is Lebron. The rest dont even scare any laker fans AT all.

God, i so wish for this to happen so the Lakers will shit all over that Miami team. Lakers have way to many players. I just wish for both teams to go to the finals 100 percent healthy.

Also, dont rule out Shaq signing since we lost 2 of our back up bigs. Shaq has stated time and time again he would love to play his last year or 2 for the Lakers being a back up behind Bynum.

It'd be nice to see Super Mario get another ring. But, other than that I could give two dumps.

LeBron has finally done something that Kobe could never do: Make Kobe look like a good guy.

Bosh isn't beating Gasol at anything. Period.

Gasol is a better passer, a substantially better defender (on the perimeter and at the rim) and can score with his back to the basket in a post up. Bosh is a gifted 12-16' face the basket offensive bigman that had to rebound for a poor rebounding Toronto team. Gasol got 11 rpg on a team with a shit ton of big men in a conference with a lot of top rebounders.

It's not even close.

I finally 100% agree with you on something.

Bosh is a very good player, don't get me wrong, but he's not Gasol. Gasol's all around game kills Bosh.
