Allen plays the right side, actually.

Someone mentioned on another thread that most cover 2 defenses have smallish defensive ends. We might be able to make it work with Abraham playing full-time at the other DE spot.

If Germ does indeed decide to install the cover 2.

Heh. That's what I meant. I was never good with directions.

I think, regardless of ends, we're too weak at the DT position to run the cover 2. Actually... we're too weak at the DT position to effectively run Gun's scheme. We just need a DT upgrade, regardless.

That is why we have to upgrade at DT.

Personally I think the cover 2 relies TOO MUCH on the defensive line and we can't upgrade it enough in one offseason.

I'd rather play Washington's style of defense.

I keep hearing how X type of defense requires good DT's.
