Is it easy to add a HDMI, DVI or S Video card to a pc?
Do they even make cards to add vidoe outs to PC's? I bought a new 24" widescreen that has HDMI and VGA inputs. My PC
( http://www.officedepot.com/a/product...Computer-With/ ) only has a VGA output. I have added memory and swapped out a dvd burner in a pc before. I have read that HDMI greatly improves the quality. |

Hate to break this to you, but you probably didn't. Almost no commercially available TVs accept 1080 over component (and to the best of my knowledge, none of the Star Wars Films have been released in HD, so you really watched it at 480p upscaled.

Can't say I've really explored that with notebooks. Both of my new plasma's will take standard PC VGA output as well as DVI.

Hey, check out Woot today if you're looking for a Mac/PC to HDTV solution. http://www.woot.com
It's not computer out to HDTV, but setting your notebook up as an HDYV, with wireless reception. Looks interesting.
