The job is a mess. They can't figure out power structuring, your possible new boss went out of his way to get the last 2 HC's removed and a lot of players may not fit into your scheme so you've got a large turnover ahead of you. Oh and you should never feel comfortable in that seat.

Lurie should of just hired a GM and made Chip decide if he wanted to swallow his pride or make his ass quit. Not that hard.

Chip Kelly wanted the team in his own vision, but made too deep of a cut so fast. If he wasn't a total ****ing goon that cut Mathis because he skiped workouts and kept Maclin, they are likely a playoff squad. Murray looks a lot better if the Eagles had better than garbage at Guard and the passing game would of been fine with a WR1.

Trading McCoy was the right move.

Will Mike Tomlin be on the hot seat? IIRC, he's lost a lot of games over the course of two seasons to bad teams. They've been riddled with injuries of course, but Reid just took a team without its best player(s) and a QB that can't even poop in the same room as Big Ben on a 9 game winning streak against bad teams.

Also, he hasn't won a playoff game since 2010 and is on verge of missing playoffs for 3rd time in 4 seasons. I didn't know it was that long ago.
