I call it stuffing. I sometimes get the stove top chicken stuffing to go along with some chicken dishes I make at home.

Shit, I eat it once a month. Buy it from the grocery store. It's available all year. Personally, I'm pissed they take egg nog away after 8 weeks.

mother in law makes this stuff she calls mushroom business. Basically shrooms, onions, green peppers and bread mixed with cream of mushroom soup and baked into sort of a mushroom breadpudding. It is to die for, but I only get it on thanksgiving.

If it starts out as dressing and then you make it disappear, would it then be known as, undressing?

What's the fascination with the crappy bread cubes and spices when you've got delicious turkey and taters?
Screw the stuffing, give me a plate of dark meat turkey, mashed taters shaped in a bowl filled with corn and drenched in gravy. Yeah buddy....
