Is it me or does this stuff help the flavor? I had my doubts, and its not as good as chips but it seems better the plain charcoal.

Grilled a few thick-cut porkchops that rocked - used a dry rub that I concocted myself. Added a few homemade pickes and peppers that my fiance's grandma made for the hell of it. Had it with some of them french fried taters. It was great.

BBQ chicken legs, baked asparagus with olive oil seasoning salt and coarse pepper, grilled and seasoned jalapeños. Kielbasa with mustard and BBQ sauce for a quick appy.
