What rookie are you most excited for?

Just curious who everyone is most excited for of our drafted and undrafted rookies.

Personally, I really enjoyed what I saw out of Wiley at TCU.

Wiley I think. Worthy, unless he flat shits The bed, isn’t going to be a big surprise, imo.

Wiley could be the future TE1 after Travis retires.

Btw, thx for creating an actual football-related thread. Off-season Sux.

Yeah, we needed some real football talk instead of everything that kindve just keeps happening off the field.

Very much on the Wiley train as well. I also think he's the future TE1. Hopefully Kelce trains him up a bit.

I'm most excited to see the fastest guy ever play for my favorite team, the Kansas City Chiefs!

I also am looking forward to seeing what Wiley and Hicks can do, I think those are probably the rookies that will see a relevant amount of snaps too.

I think Hicks is gonna fit ideally in this defense and be a great chess piece for Spags once he learns the system.

Draft picks like this are why the Chiefs are able to keep constantly turning over the DB room without losing a ton of production. it's why we can re-sign McDuffie after 2024 and let Justin Reid walk. Between Cook, Conner and now Hicks, we don't need to be paying money to more than one DB at a time.

And that's a BIG luxury to have in today's NFL.

Hope we keep Merritt and Spags forever and ever . . . . .

Personally, I was really hoping that Amarius Mims would fall in the first and we'd get our hands on him, but I do think getting Kingsley at the end of the 2nd round was a steal in itself. Honestly, I think Rounds 2 through 6 Veach got a lot of contributors who have potentially high ceilings.

Excited about Worthy. We desperately needed a good receiver with speed.
I hope this draft pick works out. I am optimistic.

Between Veach and Spags, I have absolutely no doubt that we cant' maintain this mindset and keep an inexpensive secondary. Great point!

Nice try but I’ll need to hear a speech from each explaining all of their views before I can pick who I like.
