Computers AT&T 3G Network?

Is anyone else having problems syncing email, or surfing the net on the AT&T 3G network?

I don't have them but they've been having all sorts of problems. It's ATT. What can I say?

Funny thing is that people blame Apple for it.

I find it hilarious that Apple fixes their iPhone bug that eliminates problems with 3g that ATT claimed Apple was the reason behind the 3g problems. Then, a week later with all those updates live, the 3g system goes down.

Someone in Cali is trying to start a class action suite against both companies because they have sold enough 3G devices are sucking enough juice from the towers that people can't get enough bandwidth to actually run at 3G. Great network AT&T...

Unfortunately, the class action can't succeed against Apple. If it does, I'm going to make one against Samsung for shitty phones.

ATT - well we've all known that's been the biggest downside to the iPhone. ATT sucks and people knew it. And people STILL went.

Yes, but a downside to that is that they don't work everywhere. It is true that the GSM networks are very slow to adapt to the new data networks. Sprint is definitely ahead of the curve there. But what is it if you can't use it everywhere?

That's true of 3G as well. When I travel I frequently switch to Edge, as 3G is not available in the area. Pretty much all of Lawrence is Edge. I know for a fact that the campus is Edge. (and it's completely saturated)

The phone.

I want either the HTC Touch Pro, or the SEX1. Sprint, Verizon, and "probably" AT&T are getting the HTC, but Verizon ****ed the hardware specs on the phone, so only the Sprint and possibly the AT&T model will be fully powered. AT&T just looks like shit ever since they picked up the iPhone.

I'm still waiting to find out who picks up the SEX1. That is one SEXY phone!!

I'm thinking of getting the HTC Touch Pro because T-Mobile is getting it. And I have ripped on Android too, so I'll have first hand knowledge on whether I was right.

Having said that, it's interesting that everyone compares things to the iPhone now. You can't say Apple didn't change the game/market.
