Whatever Mayweather wants to happen will happen. If he wants to drag it out to a decision while making McGregor look like a fool, he will do it. If he wants to knock our McGregor in the first round, he will do it.

I think boxing is the most corrupt sport in the world, and there's so much money riding on this fight that I wouldn't be shocked by any outcome.

I wonder how long the ref will let Mayweather beat the shit out of McGregor before he shuts it down. Personally I'd like to see Mayweather knock him out cold withing the first 30 seconds then just leave the ring.

I wonder how far off Oscar's prediction is that Macgregor may not land any punches.
I mean, surely he will land some, but we have a non-boxer fighting one of the greatest boxers of his generation, one that is generally seen as being among the best defensive fighters ever and the most accurate punchers ever. It would be funny to see Mayweather just calmly rope-a-dope him for a couple rounds, proving that he can't land anything. |

I predict Mayweather puts a lot of leather on Conner then runs away. I think Mayweather will drag it out to a decision because if he battles toe to toe with Conner he will get his head knocked off.
I'm an MMA fan so I hope Conner doesn't embarrass MMA like Toney embarrassed boxing when he fought Couture. |

If he stands toe to toe with McGregor he'll simply slip and parry his punches and then counterpunch him at will.

Yeah, I think what passes for 'punching power' in an octagon is not even in the same universe as what a great power punching boxer like Tyson or Foreman brought, a great power puncher in a boxing ring is something entirely different.
