Tracking Spreadsheet
Here's the spreadsheet I'm using to track my progress. The US Navy Body Fat calc is currently set for men (which I am), so any women will need to change that formula. This page will show you where on your body to measure and the formula used:
http://www.bblex.de/en/calc/navy.php The spreadsheet is set up to take you from April 15, 2005 to March 1, 2006 (I started 3/1 of this year, so it's a whole year for me. Change it yourself if you'd like.) It has settings in it for targeted semi-monthly fat loss and an allowed variance that will change some of the text colors. The workout log also has a cell to set your percentage of days goal for exercise. The spreadsheet was created in OpenOffice Calc, then exported to Excel. Let me know if anyone has issues or if you want the OpenOffice version. I've left some sample data in there so you can get the idea of what's going on.
