Took a risk, hope it pays off
12 Team/Standard Scoring/4th Pick
Ryan Martin Bradshaw Mendenhall F. Jackson J. Bell D. Thomas Marshall D. Thomas S. Johnson J. Gordon Gonzalez People were overpaying for RB early, so I stuck to my board and went RB-WR-WR. Took the Ryan/Gonzo tandem in the 4th/5th and then hoped I'd have some combination of Mathews/Bradshaw/Mendenhall/Richardson/Vereen/Williams available in the 6th/7th. I think it was worth it - a Top 5 QB, two Top 5/6 WR's, Top 5 RB, Top 3 TE. But I'm admittedly weak at RB2/RB3. If Bradshaw/Mendenhall give me anything this year, I think I have a great chance. |

I've done that in the past. Once the meaty HB's are gone I tend to go rookie over questionable vets.
Keep in mind that WR's able to put up 20 pt performances are rare. I stick with big board/absolute value as well.
