Cassel needed to GTFO because of EVERYTHING. Staring down his receiver was just one problem. If he had fixed that part of his game he'd still be dogshit.

Your reading comprehension needs work. Never said Geno was Cassel. I said that he's showing the same problem of staring down his WR.

Just because they both showed the same problem doesn't mean that Geno is shitty in every other aspect of the game like Cassel.
