Yes it is. I've done that though. I've talked to the retention department each and every time. Some CSR's were really nice and just said basically there's nothing I can do on this account.

They've got formulas on their end that determine how much they can offer you. If you spend a shit ton of money (high-end package, premium channels, etc.) and don't get any other discounts, they'll give you a discount on NFLST. If you've already gotten a lot of discounts recently, they often won't give you shit.

Not sure if the latter applies to you, but it's that type of thing they look at.

Right now I'm only getting 6 dollars off Starz and haven't gotten any discounts since they gave me a discount on NBA League pass.

2 years ago I had a ton of discounts on the account and they gave me Sunday Ticket for free.
