I'm going to stop purchasing EA Sports games on the first day they come out. I've stopped playing NCAA 08. EA doesn't know how to make a game that's realistic and challenging. Something is always out of whack. This year they made NCAA 08 too difficult and unrealistic. I want a bunch of commits during the season, not just after the season. And I'd rather win 77-0 than 17-0.

got my 360 today. No free month of Gold though. EDIT Sign up for Silver and they will offer you a free month of Gold for free.

DAMN!!! How many demos do they have out there for download. The XBOX site shows a ton.

OK, I am reading that there is supposed to be a free one month trial of Gold on the XBOX site. It reads as if there is a card included with the unit. There was not one. Is the card built into the system or something?

I just got a 360 last week, and didn't get a free month of XBOX Live Gold either. I figured there was some card that would come with it. Nope. Then I figured it was built into the system when you register for Live. Nope. I ended up buying a year subscription of Gold because I got impatient, and wanted to play online ASAP.

I just signed up for the silver membership and then it offered me the 1 month trial during signup.

I forgot, keep an eye on CharlieOscarDelta.com for news on the COD4 Beta. They said there would be more ways to get into the beta later, something through Gamestop I believe.
