Do the events of this weekend save Pioli's and Crennel's jobs?

Obviously lots of emotion today....Emotion probably won the game IMO.

Does that change anything in Clarks mind? The classy way that Pioli and Crennel have handled the past few days. I fear its going to cloud his judgement when the tough decisions need to be made in a few weeks.

Thoughts?

Yep.

He's basically saying that he would have been fearful enough for his own safety that he wouldn't have done what Pioli and Crennel did. Therefore, they deserve to be commended.

He said this event absolutely changes the way he feels about the 2.

He doesn't care that Romeo isn't a good coach or a great speaker. He's a great man.

Wow.

He believes Clark had decided in the past month to fire them both and that this event changes things. Makes it hard to fire them because now they are such great men.

He even said that if they go on losing, he (Keitzman) will go back to bashing them.

So, even though you've put together one of the most historically bad teams EVER.....one act of heroism entitles you to another year?

That's stupid on so many levels. Yeah...I'm sure Pioli and Crennel are great men for having done what they did.....but they ****ing suck at their JOBS.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Clark come out and give him his extension now. He can do it without a full fan backlash.

We live in America, where decisions are made based on what "feels right".

Might as well get ready for it - the backlash against SOC is about to get REALLY loud.

Anybody that thinks Romeo and Pioli should be fired will be called "monsters" that don't care about people's feelings...

Considering the circumstances I figure that it was part of the plan going into the game. The officials were probably told to keep their hankies in their pockets and to keep the clock running so the game would get over as quickly as possible.

This is unreal. This fan base and media just doesn't want this team to do well. It's like 3rd or 4th on the list of things they want out of the organization. Frustrating doesn't begin to describe it.

Yep. SOC is going to have to tread lightly for the rest of the year. I'm not even sure if they can continue anything because the backlash would be horrendous. It ****ing sucks that all of that work would amount to nothing.

Doesn't matter to me.....if Pioli and RAC are back next year.....I won't be.

um, this is professional sports...people's feelings are - and always have been - irrelevant...

you want to win or you don't

this changes nothing....and if it does, then it only confirms that Clark has never given a shit about winning...just wringing the most $$$ from a fanbase with low self-esteem...
