What if we traded LJ to Detroit what would you want

They just spend a first round pick on Kevin Jones a couple of years ago. Then they traded one of their best players to acquire Tatum Bell. Now they want Larry Johnson?

He doesn't seem to even fit Martz' offense. He's not a versatile, pass-catching type.

You'd never get a top 5, you could probably get a 2 and a player.

Or a second and a late round pick, around 5th-6th.

Which is why if we really wanted to trade him we should have contacted the Jets...we likely could have gotten a 2 and Vilma a player they want to get rid of that fits our defense.

I think this team can get by with decent receivers, but desperately needs a DT.

LJ is going to have his career shortened with Herm having the ball ran so much in his game plan. Herms playbook is as thick as needle.

Herm will keep him around. I doubt if LJ is going anywhere.

That's great if you understand LJ's career will be shortened but will the Chiefs understand it?

What I really fear is the Chiefs giving him a big money extension and him being unproductive shortly there after thus being a giant waste of money.
