Would You be OK With Trading Bowe For a 1st?

Lets say a contract cant be worked out because Pioli and Bowe are too far apart and it looks like Bowe will walk after this year or the only way to retain him is to tag him again.

Bowe has a 1100 yard season with 8-10 TDs and Baldwin has just over 1000 yards and has 7-9 TDs...would you be OK with trading Bowe to a team like Cleveland, NY or Miami for a single first round pick before next year starts?

The first round pick would fall into the 15-20 range.

Not with this GM. If the new guy comes in and trades him then OK theres legit questions about Bowe then.

We need Bowe. Period.
You get that top notch QB and the great receiving targets will come, not the opposite like some of you seem to think.

Baldwin doesn't look like he's going to sniff 1k yards, so the hypothetical posed in the OP is unlikely.

Bowe holds all the cards at this point. Clearly he's the only WR this team has.

Letting Bowe go means we need a #1 WR as well as a QB. Besides, the way this team is playing, they aren't going to need the extra ammunition to move up and draft a QB.

He was talking about Baldwin, who's just over 150 yards.

It's okay, I ****ed up too. He's actually just under 200. I was only reading his yardage in losses. Still...1000 seems unlikely. Although if Bowe is traded and he's the only target left...

If its a choice between that & him simply walking away from this joke in 2013 for nothing, yes.

The problem is who's going to make the choice with that pick.
