Crushed my middle finger between two flagstones today while working on a new patio.

Nail is black. Finger is throbbing. Pain radiating.

How can something so small hurt so bad? I'm about to cut my ****ing finger off.

Big or small...I just drilled a hole by hand through my fingernail. Think about it.

As for dirty nails...my hand was in so much pain that washing them was hell. So I have a little dirt under my nails...go change your pad.

Update.: finger feels great compared to this time yesterday! Not sure if I'll have to drain it again...we will see in the morning.

I recommend this drill technique to anyone who deals with thus bullshit time to time.

Hoping because I did this, I will be able to keep my fingernail!
