You can't have him...Kelly loved Foles in college, multiple reports and interviews where he gushed about the kid.

That's what I think.

I don't know what it'd cost to pray him away (and don't take this as I don't want to draft a QB #1. I do), but I'd much rather trade for Foles over a guy like Flynn.

Well I can assume he's not gonna bring that system completely over. His system involves a lot of zone runs and quick patterns. He's not stupid enough to think that he can bring that system here. He worked with Belicheat a lot and most of the up tempo package ideas the Pats run are advice from him.

Foles gives him a QB who's mobile in the pocket and has a good brain and accuracy.
It's all speculation though. I could be wildly wrong

I am so happy we wound up with Andy Reid instead of Chip Kelly. I think everyone will be laughing at Philly in a couple of years.

I don't think there's a prayer Reid wants Foles.

I'm happy for my Eagles friends. Gus Bradley or Whiz would have been a whole hell of a lot of 'meh'.

My big concern with Kelly is how will he adapt to smaller rosters? He rotates players in and out like he's a hockey coach and I don't think that will translate.
