Please call Al Saunders ASAP and please ask him the following questions.

#1. Al, if you were named HC of the Kansas City Chiefs, what is your top priority?

Note: If he starts talking about offense, thank him for his time and hang up. However if he says to maintain the offense while focusing on rebuilding the defense please proceed to Question #2.

#2. So Al, if you were named HC of the Kansas City Chiefs, who would be bring in a new Defensive Coaching Staff?

Note: If he says no, thank him for his time and hang up. If not proceed to Question #3.

#3. Al I would like you to be the Next HC of the Kansas City Chiefs? Whats it going to take? 2.5M a year.

Note: Sign the dude Carl, don't **** around and send draft picks for a HC, when we have the best guy on the market already sitting here in KC. The important think to figure out is what direction he wants to go on Defense. If he wants to continue to rebuild, but whith a new DC and D staff give him the job, please I beg you.
