They're talking about St. Pete on the Weather Channel right now and they just stated 3-5 ft. storm surge, but they did state they fully anticipate that to climb when the storm increases in intensity after it hits open water again. You seem pretty stubborn and stupid for continuing to state you are staying.

Blocks, jack stands, cases of beer, your neighbor's head, don't care... I'd have that damn thing up off the ground! Several rare cars in Houston were saved with an hour on the jack and placing blocks. The thieves might have stole the wheels, but the one off cars themselves were saved.

At the end of the day it's just a car and your life is way more important, but damn man, save the car!

a buddy of my son lives is a big apartment complex with a concrete parking garage. He has an open space. I'm going to take the car to him and have him park it in the garage. I'll take the key back to make sure there is no joyriding.

local news stations have it at 75-80 sustained winds for a couple of hours. 100 mph gusts.

They are going to shut off power to the area at 8:00 pm tomorrow. Storm should be out of this area at 6:00am on Monday.
