I'm telling you, if the Dolphins sign Albert for MORE MONEY than Long, they are making a dumbass decision.
We know it, their fans have to know it, the public knows it, and I'm guessing the front office is starting to know it, too. Albert is perceived (justifiably) as a self-before-team player who wants to be paid better than his talent level after coming off an 11-game season. That is almost certainly not going to happen. Either the Dolphins are going to make a totally assinine decision, Albert will have come down to Jake Long money, or he's going to play a year on the tag, and almost certainly have to take Jake Long money in 2013. I'm guessing Albert comes down. |
