Why did indy get easy schedule?
Why do the chiefs get punked after a sh*tty season and the colts make it to the afc championship and they getting an easy schedule. The toughest teams they play at home, except for the patriots.
The Patriots also got jacked. I thought it was based off your record last year. Or is it a conspiracy to allow the colts get home field advantage, so tagliabue can get poster boy peyton in the superbowl. 1 9/11 @ Baltimore Ravens 24 - 7 2 9/18 JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS 10 - 3 3 9/25 CLEVELAND BROWNS 13 - 6 4 10/2 @ Tennessee Titans 31 - 10 5 10/9 @ San Francisco 49ers 28 - 3 6 10/17 ST. I could tell you who the Chiefs are playing six years from now... Or any team really. Schedules are determined by a specific formula that cyles teams so that everyone plays everyone within a few year time span.

I think they got way to lite of a schedule, but its something like they play a division in each conference. 6 division games, 4 non conference games from a division,4 games against AFC division and 2 based on record or something? not so sure about any of it that. KC is playing NFC East division this year.

Yeah, only 2 games are dependent on the previous years record.

#1. They play in an easy division. Nothing can change that. It is akin to being the 49ers in the 80s.
#2. The division schedule they were allotted this year (the AFC North) is not selected as the most difficult teams based upon last year. It is a predetermined schedule. And while the AFC North was full of punks last year (other than Pit), Cin has really come on strong. #3. They play 5 playoff teams from last year that are not even in their division. We play 3 that are not in our division. Seems to me that we got off easier than them in that category. #4. You may have a point with homefield vs. away, but that is hard to dispute one way or another. Last edited by KCWolfman; 10-18-2005 at 12:53 AM.. |
